Dave Ward has cosmetically been repairing cars for over twenty five years. He started the organisation Trim Technique in 1990, orginally working on his own. Dave now has six dedicated individuals working for him, namely John, Ryan, Martin, Carl, Dan and Wayne.
Each technician has to complete a full induction and training programme before they are given their own area to work from. Trim Technique covers the entire Midlands region of the UK so you will very often see one of their vans on the motorway.
